Union Update – Sign up for the “Jubilee Patch” playtest

Hey Anno Community,
Today, we’re starting recruitment for the upcoming playtest for the “Jubilee Patch” which we have teased a couple of weeks ago.
The “Jubilee Patch” is our upcoming Free Game Update that not only includes a large number of bug fixes and improvements, but also additional quality-of-life additions and new features. We’d love to get your help in testing said update and in providing us with feedback on which aspects could still need some polishing or improving.
The overall goals for the playtest therefore are:
- Test the new features developed for the “Jubilee Patch”
- Test various QoL improvements
- Test the general stability of the update
A large number of bugs have also been fixed already and will be in said playtest version, so, getting feedback from any of you who were affected by these problems will be especially valuable. This includes for example quest bugs like:
- Anarchist Quests
- Barbecue Quest (Skyline Tower, The High Life)
- Inauguration Quest (Iron Tower, Tourist Season)
But also several of the bugs listed on our Trello Board:
- Issues with the Flamethrower Monitor
- AI attacking civilian buildings near the shore
- Wrong checkmark behaviour in cultural buildings

We’ll be randomly selecting a few hundred players early next week, after which the invites will be sent out. Please be aware that you will have to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) to participate.
Soon after the conclusion of the playtest, we’re going to share more details on the “Jubilee Patch” with everyone. Stay tuned until then, and don’t forget to sign up for the playtest!

Whats with the problem that complex trading routes are not possible with mail? You cannot load and unload mail on a single trade route on different islands or load and unload mail on the same island.
This is inherent to the system and working as designed, I’m afraid. We won’t change that.
Sad were not getting a season 5. A lot of stuff still needs exploring.

There are certainly more things one could do with Anno 1800, there’re always more ideas, but at some point we simply have to say “that’s it”, and make sure we bring things to a nice end. It’s been 4 years since release, after all, and a new project awaits 😉
Anno 1926 ?

I am facing an issue in here: In the DLC Content of the main menu of the game I bought from Steam Vehicle Liveries Pack is being shown as Pedestrian Zone in matter of name…I want to know if I am the only one facing this issue or somene else is also facing this issue?…..
Also Its sad to know that the game developing team has decided to stop the development of its PC version after creating 4 successful seasons of this wonderful masterpiece…I really hoped that an Asian/East oriented DLC will be created for us as a marvellous way to pull the curtain down this masterpiece the likes of which one has never been seen before….also it would be an injustice of a sort…you can include an Asian NPC Princess Quing in the game….but you should have deduced that what automatically follows are the demands of many of your faithful fans to create an Asian/Eastern oriented DLC which is happening even now…that would be fair in my opinion….Also in a way it will be a perfect step to end Anno 1800 with a blast and enrich the Anno series with the promise of further expansion as favored by public.
